What Makes JMAC Different?

Comfort starts with your sole

You don’t have to be an athlete to experience foot pain, back pain, runner’s knee, shin splints or cramps. Sometimes these are simply the result of a busy lifestyle.

Every time your foot impacts the ground harmful shock waves travel up your heel and through your entire skeletal system. These ripples of force cause wear and tear on every joint they pass. That means the comfort of your feet is often responsible for the condition of your ankles, knees, hips, back, neck and more.

Unparalleled Shock Absorption

JMAC shoe inserts absorb 92 percent of force, dissipating energy that would otherwise impact your body. That’s better than the toughest competition, resulting in a more comfortable step.

Watch a 12-pound bowling ball dropped one meter onto concrete and on a JMAC Shock Absorbing Insert.

On the concrete the rebound is 25 inches, compared to 4 inches on the JMAC.

Better absorption is more comfortable for your sole.

Quick Material Recovery and Superior Durability

JMAC inserts have an excellent product memory. They return to the original form rapidly, recovering their shape between steps, making every step as comfortable as the first. The unique proprietary formulation also allows it to outlast even the best shoe inserts, which break down with each step.

Watch a simple compression test between JMAC and a leading shock absorbing insole. The JMAC recovers more than twice as fast to its original shape, making each step more comfortable.

It’s important to note that while some insoles have less recovery time, the lack thee JMAC’s shock absorption.

Recovery5-Ultra™ Top Fabric

At Americule, we only use the best materials. That’s why when deciding on our fabric top layer we went with Recovery5-Ultra™ Healthcare Fabric (data spec sheet).

This highly flexible material allows your foot to press into the AIM material used to create the JMAC insole, protecting your feet while keeping them comfortable and dry. Recovery5-Ultra™ is:

  • Moisture Wicking
  • Non-Allergenic
  • Antimicrobial
  • Antibacterial
  • Antifungal

Works With Another Product or Alone

JMAC inserts are designed with versatility in mind. Many people have specific needs when it comes to their feet, such as orthotic insoles or additional pads for added support.

We designed our insert to be thin enough to use in tandem with these types of products, allowing a synergistic improvement to both.

JMAC fabric top insoles can go above or below any other product, while our no-fabric options are specifically designed to only go beneath another product.

The only exception to this is that JMAC inserts should not be placed beneath rigid orthotics that have hard edges on the bottom, as these may cut into the insert over time. In these cases, simply place your JMAC insert above the orthotic instead.

Whether you are placing them in running shoes, work boots, flats, high heals or hiking boots, JMAC will always give you the most comfort for every step.

Americule Impact Material (AIM™)

JMAC Shock Absorbing Shoe Inserts are manufactured with Americule Impact Material (AIM™), an ultra-soft unique proprietary thermoelastic polymer, developed by our chemists to absorb energy.

Axial Force Displacement

As the material is pressed down, it displaces the force laterally, transferring the energy throughout the insert rather than back up your leg.

Not only does this increase the wear life of the material, it also reduces harmful shock waves that do damage in your body.
